TECHNOS CO., LTD. (hereinafter, "Technos") recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and considers the protection of personal information to be an important responsibility of its corporate activities and is making efforts to ensure the appropriate handling and protection of personal information in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information.
The Privacy Policy explains the basic concept of Technos regarding personal information. The Policy applies to personal information collected and used by Technos from shareholders of Technos (hereinafter, the “Shareholders”), employees of Technos (hereinafter, the "Employees"), and all stakeholders related to Technos (hereinafter, the "Customers").

1. Purpose of use of personal information

When Technos asks Customers, Shareholdres or Employees to provide us with personal information, it will clearly state the purpose in advance and use the information within the scope of that purpose.

2. Management and protection of personal information

Technos does not provide personal information to any third parties without the consent of the relevant Customers, Shareholders or Employees, except in the case of outsourcing of the handling of such information within the scope required for business, with appropriate measures implemented in relation to compliance with the duty of confidentiality, when such is legally authorized. In addition, Technos has developed internal systems to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, tampering, leaking, etc. of personal information, and has made maximum efforts to implement organizational, personnel, physical and technological security management measures related to the personal information of Customers, Shareholders and Employees handled by Technos.

3. Compliance with laws and regulations

In order to protect the personal information of Customers, Shareholdres and Employees, Technos will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.
In order to comply with such laws and regulations, Technos has formulated and introduced the Personal Information Protection Regulations and the Personal Information Protection Law Compliance Manual, and have our directors, executive officers, and employees comply with them.

4. Review of Privacy Policy

Technos may review its Privacy Policy from time to time and revise all or part of it. In the event that Technos makes such revisions, it will clearly state such revisions in its Privacy Policy, as well as on its website.

5. Continued improvement of the personal information protection management system and mechanism

Technos makes all executives and Employees thoroughly aware of the importance of protecting personal information, and continously improves the related management system and mechanism.

6. Security management measures

Technos takes the following necessary and appropriate measures to ensure the security of the personal information it holds.

Formulation of Basic Policy: Technos have formulated basic policy to ensure proper handling of personal data.
Development of Disciplines for the Handling of Personal Data: Technos have formulated the Rules for Handling Personal Information and the Detailed Rules for Handling Personal Information on how to handle personal data and the duties of the person in charge of management.
Organizational Security Management Measures: Technos have appointed a person in charge of the handling of personal data, and established a system for reporting to the person in charge when a fact or indication of violation of the Act or the Rules for Handling Personal Information is detected.
Personnel Security Management Measures: Technos provides its executives and Employees with education and training on matters to be noted regarding the handling of personal data.
Physical Security Management Measures: Technos implements measures to prevent persons who can handle personal data and persons other than themselves from easily accessing personal data.
Technos also implements measures to prevent theft or loss of personal data handling devices, electronic media, documents, etc.
Technological Security Measures: Technos have introduced a system of protecting personal data from unauthorized access by external parties or unauthorized software.

7. Inquiries regarding personal information

In the event that Technos receives a request from an identifiable person in relation to personal information or his representative to disclose, correct, stop the use of, or delete personal information held and managed by Technos, or to stop the provision of such information to third parties, etc., Technos will respond to the request promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with the stipulations of relevant laws.
