TECHNOS CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and considers the protection of such information to be an important responsibility of its corporate activities, and is making efforts to ensure the appropriate handling and protection of personal information in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations concerning personal information.
The following Privacy Policy explains our basic approach to the handling of personal information that we collect from employees of the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Employees") and all other persons associated with the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") for our own use.

1. Purpose of use of personal information: When the Company asks Customers or Employees to provide us with personal information, it will clearly state the purpose in advance and use the information within the scope of that purpose.
2. Implementation of safety control measures: We have established an internal system for the protection of personal information, and are making every effort to implement maximum organizational, personnel, physical, and technical safety control measures for the personal information of Customers and Employees. Through these measures, we will prevent security breaches, such as the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification, or leakage of personal information, and in the event that such an accident should occur, we will take prompt and appropriate action to prevent its recurrence and make every effort to correct it.
3. Compliance with laws and regulations: In order to protect the personal information of Customers and Employees, we will comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act and other related laws and regulations.
In order to comply with such laws and regulations, we have formulated and introduced the Personal Information Protection Regulations and the Personal Information Protection Law Compliance Manual, and have our directors, executive officers, and employees comply with them.
4. Review of Privacy Policy: The Company may review its Privacy Policy from time to time and revise all or part of it. In the event that the Company makes such revisions, it will clearly state such revisions in its Privacy Policy, as well as on its website.
