Soil and Groundwater Pollution
As a designated research agency based on the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, TECHNOS conducts soil and groundwater surveys and proposes and implements countermeasures, in accordance with the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act, as well as local government ordinances and guidelines.
Surveys
Whether it is a survey for land history, a survey of the general conditions, or just a detailed survey, we will formulate a plan according to the purpose of the survey and perform an appropriate risk assessment.

Countermeasures
To deal with soil and groundwater contamination identified by the survey, we will propose the optimal countermeasure method and carry out reliable countermeasure work, taking into consideration the type of contaminant, its concentration, the extent of pollution, the land use plan, etc.

Excavate and remove contaminated soil from the site for treatment.
Contaminated soil and quicklime are mixed to extract and purify volatile organic compounds.
The grinding machine rubs the target particles together to peel off and remove harmful substances attached to the surface, thereby purifying the contaminated soil.
Contaminated groundwater is pumped up and purified by water treatment equipment.
Oil-contaminated soil is purified by mixing and agitating oil-degrading bacteria.

Waste Countermeasures
We offer proposals, consulting, and construction work for optimal treatment methods, from volume reduction of mixed waste through sorting treatment, environmental measures and environmental management during construction, recycling of sorted waste, and appropriate waste disposal.
Surveys and Demolition of Asbestos-containing and Dioxin-containing Wastes
We offer safe and reliable total support, from environmental surveys to hazardous waste disposal, including countermeasure work for asbestos-containing buildings (demolition, removal, containment, and enclosure), demolition of incineration facilities (on-site and off-site), and countermeasure work for dioxins.
Air Quality Measurement
We perform various measurements, analyses, and surveys related to the atmospheric environment. We also propose appropriate countermeasures based on the results of the measurements, analyses, and investigation.

Slope Greening (“Nekko-chip” Method)
The “Nekko-chip” method for slope greening is a nature recovery greening technology that enables the diversification and conservation of ecosystems, aiming for zero emissions of logging materials, by recycling raw chip materials crushed from logging and topsoil locally generated from road construction, for instance, as the main materials for growing infrastructure.
